The Pipeline Technology Conference (ptc) is committed to fostering innovation by providing young startups the opportunity to showcase their ideas at a reduced rate. At ptc 2025, we offer two exciting participation options for startups:

Startup Area
- For all companies that meet the EU startup definition
- Exhibition stele in the dedicated Startup Area at the ptc Exhibition
- Includes 1 print, lockable cabinet, exhibitor profile, logo, website in event guide and ptc website
- Marketing kit for social media, e-mail etc.
- optional: Extra equipment and upgrades
- 1 ptc Conference Ticket
- Unlimited exhibition tickets (also available for marketing purposes)

Young Innovators Program
- For German companies that meet the EU startup definition (some industries may be excluded)
- Supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK)
- Exhibition stele or 12 sqm booth within the Young Innovators joint stand at the ptc Exhibition
- Shared lounge and storage room
- Stele includes 1 print, lockable cabinet; booth includes standard equipment of regular exhibitors.
- Exhibitor profile, logo, website in event guide and ptc website
- Marketing kit for social media, e-mail etc.
- optional: Extra equipment and upgrades
- 1 ptc Conference Ticket
- 2 exhibitor tickets
- Unlimited exhibition tickets (also available for marketing purposes)
- 60% cost coverage by the BMWK

EU Startup definition:
- Less than 50 employees
- Annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than ten million euros
- Younger than 10 years
- The company must have newly developed or significantly improved products, processes, and services.
